What to make with minced beef?

We eat quite a bit of minced beef, usually in chilli, spag bol, cottage pies, burgers, can anyone suggest something a little bit different? DH is getting bored but we have three kilos in the freezer that needs eating up before I buy anything else :rotfl:

Thanks in advance!

Buy some taco shells & stuff them with fried mince mix

    Fry mince, garlic & onions
    Add tin of chopped tomatoes
    Add1/2 tsp chilli & 1/2 tsp paprika
Reduce down & put in the shells

    Serve with sour cream.

Use it in a curry - fry onion, add garlic, ginger, salt, garam masala, ground coriander, chilli powder, and anything else you want - fry for a bit until the spices are starting to smell really good - add a couple of spoonfuls of tomato puree, or just a couple of fresh tomatoes depending on whether you like it really tomatoey or not - stir - add the mince, stir fry until cooked, add a load of frozen peas and a little water if necessary, keep stir frying until it's ready, add some fresh coriander at the last minute and serve with rice, or naans, or both. I usually make this with lamb mince but I'm sure it would be nice with beef too.

Also you could make it into meatballs to have with pasta or rice. Umm, cornish pasty type things or little pies. That's where my ideas are running out!

    Stuffed beef burgers!

Fry off a finely diced onion until golden, set aside & cool.Get the mince & add 1 teaspoonful of grain mustard to the mince, the cooled onions & salt & pepper & make onto patties about 1/2 cm thick. In the middle of one of the patties, place a round of cheese,or grated cheese.Top with another pattie & press to seal.Grill until golden.

    You could also make Koftas & Shish Kebbabs & serve both of these in Pitta or Naan with salad or make a Keema Curry;

I love mince and onion pie. Make shortcrust pastry, line pie plate, fry mince and onion together, add some instant gravy and when cool fill pie and top with pastry.

Hi :) we make homemade pizzas with a spicy mince topping.

    - Finely chop a small onion and any bits of pepper hanging around (i use about half a green one) - good way to use up green peppers that no one really likes! :D
    - Fry the onion and pepper off in a little oil
    - Then add about 250g mince and brown until a bit crispy
    - While mince is cooking add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, pinch of chilli flakes, 1/2tsp paprika, couple of cloves of crushed garlic, squirt of tomato puree, a good splash of lea and perrins, a crumbled beef oxo cube
    - Then add about 100ml of water and simmer until the water has gone, then cook the mince until fairly dried out(not in a bad way)
    - Then use as your pizza topping :)
