£450 to get the dent knocked out of my car. I think my no claims bonus is protected. I must check! Still peeved the bar steward didn't leave their details.
Went to monsoon 70% sale and gotcha ££90 dress for £28. Kerching! That's me sorted for my friends 40th and the Vegas themed night this weekend.
I've put the ironing away - now to do some dinner for the kids.0 -

Dusty it was £425, I bought it for £212, now it's £127.50 :money:

I don't buy lots of them, but I've been wanting that one since last jan so now it's in the sale can justify it. I get a couple of new ones each year as I collect them but usually the ones I like are NEVER in the sale.0 -
Seafarers - good for you! If we don't treat ourselves once in a while who will!
 hello everyone. Not been on for a couple of days. I'm not complaining but work has been hectic which is great as January is usually a little quieter than the rest of the year. I'll try and do some flying tomorrow inbetween 1 hour dentist appointment (first of 3:eek:) and trying to get a docs appointment as a lump has appeared on my head! I'm sure it's nothing but I'm probably better off being told that by someone who knows what they're talking about :rotfl:.
Speak soon xx0 -
Happy Birthday MOAM..:bdaycake:
Sounds like it's all going well Embb.
I've got the utility room all sorted today and the back hall and the hotpress...:j:j:j:j I am so pleased with it as you can tell, also i nearly have all the washing done.
Need to go fill the stick box and make something for dinner...Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Quite right, Seafarers. Not particularly into bags myself - I have just the one, which cost me the princely sum of £62; it's Belgian tapestry, and I don't care if it's fashionable or not, I like it. Now, show me a Dragon I haven't met before.........:D:D:D:Dseafarers_wife wrote: »The whole point of MSE is getting the best deal for what you want and since I like this particular designers bags then I don't give a flying fig about fashion sense or not and feel that I got a bargin which is all that matters but each to their own as it takes all sorts to make the world go round
