    I love those trousers!

Not that I would ever buy them or wear them but if I was allowed to indulge, I would get them.

They are £17 in the sale (they were £35 full price not £25). You could always get a pair and come round mine for a DVD party and we could sit on the sofa wearing them while watching films and eating pizza and ice cream. Then nobody else would ever know...

Viva, i think they could work, and i also think i would be disappointed if you didn't like bold things. :)
Edit: i also think they look like they might be one of those things that feel swishy, swishy fantastic, Glamour puss, silver screen sort of things. Tell us how they fit ..do you feel great in them?

I am mesmorised in the most gruesome way by the most ghastly thread on the relationship board where. Real life name has been put, and two women on the board seem to both think they are having a relationship with the same man. I reported the thread hours ago to mse towers and the board guide.....nameing real life names is terribly imo...i can't understand why no one disappeared it. The second woman has had facebook messages from mseers who have found her on facebook and have slated her. Its carcrash reading, i am ashamed of my following it. Heartbreaking.

OT, over on another thread some helpful posters (Brothbeard and Quoia I believe) have put links to free downloadable audiobooks, for you to listen to if you have long distances to drive ;)
Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, Sophie's World, Eat, Pray, Love and The Power of Positive Thinking.
You don't have to give credit card details, before anyone asks...
Offer expires in a few days. I'm downloading two of them right now.
    Get on with it!:D

I'd not pay £17 for a pair of posh trousers for an important job interview!

Just saw that (I think its a very active thread and whenever you go to the front page of forums its been named pretty much all night). Don't normally go to that board to be honest but its a bit of a mess. Hopefully it will get cancelled tomorrow when there are more people at MSE towers. It will be a shame if the OP and other party are PPRd though as emotions are clearly raw and at this time the OP in particular probably needs support.

I might go on about spangly trousers and library books, but I don't think I'd ever be on a forum talking about stuff like that. Plus it just reinforces my belief that fb is the work of the devil. But then I'd probably be out trying to find him and ending up doing 20 years in whatever the local women's prison is called.

It's still there now. It won't disappear now until the MSE staff get into work in the morning, I shouldn't imagine.

The outing of somebody's real name, town and place of work was shocking, and despite posts from lir and several others saying so, the OP didn't remove those references. :(

People are soooo gullible. A poster on an internet forum states something, and the people reading it think they "know" it as a fact, and feel quite certain that the person who made the statement is neither deceitful nor delusional.

I wish people could remember that on an internet forum...
    a) Anything you say is public to the whole world, and you have no idea who is reading.
    b) The other posters may or may not be who they say they are.
    c) Any statement made by anybody should be held lightly, because it may or may not be true, and you have no way of finding out, because people lie on anonymous internet forums (fora?) even more than they lie in real life, which is saying a lot!
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
    :)
