I've only ever had one car :( Feel left out now, you lot are posh.

My car passed it's MOT today without any repairs! Been away for a bit, how is everyone?
Well in 30 years of driving I've only owned three cars. One italian car which had an intermittent fault nobody could fix, which I sold in a car auction soon after arriving in London. Used to leave it down a side street and forgot I owned it (actually I took it out for a spin once a month to keep its battery charged when ould remember ).

Much later got two more cars both Japanese and very much better than my ancient fiat. It was the opposite of the tardis.Seemed tiny on the inside despite looking like a tank from the outside, Guzzled petrol like there was no tomorrow. Put me off buying a car for the next five years or more.:o

Here are the result of the West Herts jury:

    1. Switzerland
    2. Denmark
    3. Greece
    4. San Marino
    5. Cyprus
    6. Belgium
    7. Hungary
    8. Austria
    9. Iceland

    Babushkas must go through.
Thought the Albanian singer was really good and even though I hadn't got a clue what she was saying it seemed a really emotional performance.

Just a quick one before I depart for another hour (I’ll be on when I’m back at ‘home’

I’m not sure that Russia will live long enough to see the final

    02, 04, 05, 06, 08, 09, 11, 13, 14 and 15 are where my points would go, but that’s just me!

I am one of the ‘music professionals’ voting on Thursday and Saturday, so this should be interesting!

I’m off downstairs for a bit!

    Is that code for something?

Someone on a train yesterday heard the announcement that the train would be delayed for a few minutes whilst the driver was taking an "urgent personal needs break"!

I own an ancient 4x4 which will need an MOT next month. Women on their own aren't really into cars. I lost my girls and then was ill and I am never ill......

Oh no! I missed you, but I hoped you were just busy or something. So sorry to hear you've been having such an awful time. :( But glad to have you back on here.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

I didn't watch it, I was watching my local speedway team on telly.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
