I think that less and less of anything that happens in parliament has any place in a modern democracy.
Parliament and government in this country (at all levels in all senses) is a complete joke.
I would far prefer just electing one person and giving them autonomy to put whoever they want in charge of stuff (or perhaps a grand council of 5 or 7 people) to run the country for a four year stint. I really don't see how it could be any worse than the system we have now.0 -

May I please suggest tsavorite, amethyst, golden coloured baltic amber and a spot of rubellite for good measure. They would look good together, very majestic. They would be my choice if I ever bought myself a throne:o.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Ok, will grab ypu one. Atm the ones are in quite defined positions, patterns, but some are missing, there is space for more. The misding ones shpuld be circular cabavhons, so easy to find. There are triangles to cover too, which will be harder to find i think, from memories of shopping in glastonbury.
Its not totally bejewelled. Barely in fact. Plan is to use it as a kitchen island in the temporarily fitted but structurally Fixed kitchen, when thats done, then, later, when we get a proper kitchen, to fit two sinks on the top and have it a the sink unit in master bathroom.0 -
