Sun's trying to sneak through here. Was freezing this morning, more March than May.
If you close your eyes i think it could be october outside. But just after the rain its spring, spring, spring. As well as the smell of wet earth i can smell the grass, and the lilac, and even the rape floating on the air. If you are not allegic to it, whoch luckily i am nt, it smells divine.
I have some lilac ithe house (i do not consider it unlucky, i know some do) and the scent is just wonderful. Its a shame, if it were warmer the smell would be even better, but rain also enhances scents... I don't know why, does anyone here know why?0 -

The scent may be the same, but the moisture in the air may make your nose more sensitive. Or the rain may encourage plants to produce more scent. I don't know which is the answer. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
