The only thing that I can see that will change will be your mothers' council tax benefit and as such you should at least pay her board to cover this.

Your mother will probably lose her 25% discount, so it would be only right to pay her this at least on top of your contributions to gas elec, water etc.

For me and my kids and my sister not her she wouldnt stop meals that are delivered now she likes the set routine and knowing the exact time/meal etc x

If your Mother is claiming any rate DLA CARE then there will be no non-dependent deduction for Housing and Council Tax Benefit. For a full benefits check/what if calculation go to your local CAB.
