Hello sorry in advance this is long.
I am considering moving back home to live with my mum and my sister. My mum currently claims Widows Parent Allowence/Child Tax/Child Ben/Council Tax Benefit and DLA.
I claim Income support(changing to ESA)/Child tax/Child Ben. Housing Ben and CTB x
I know my Housing benefit and Council Tax Benefit will stop obviously.
How will my mums benefits be affected? Obviously I wont be paying board etc
How will my benefits be Affected?
Thank you x

Why not - are you expecting your mother to keep you and your child(ren)?0 -

Why on earth won't you be paying board, your mum is obviously badly disabled (claiming DLA) are you saying that you will expect her to pay for your and your kids food, electric, gas, water, out of her benefits, this is what your benefits are for, to pay your way, wherever you are.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

No i will be feeding myself and my children seperate (she has meals on wheels etc) I ment I wont be paying her rent (board as she calls it) sorry I should have said that I dont expect her to "keep" me. She wants me to move in to help her with things she cant do0 -

I tried but I dont see anything to add me into her situation?0 -
This link will show you the deduction that will be made from her HB because you are a non-dependent which you can top up with your own money.

It's anywhere from Nil to £9.40 per week depending on the type of main benefit you receive, plus she will lose her single person's council tax allowance, too, though I don't know how CT will work if you are on benefits, too. I assume there is no CT to pay but do double check.
EDIT - sorry, misread your post and assumed your mother was receiving HB which isnt' the case.0 -

Model it for her situation and you will see that there is a question about other occupants in the property. I assume this will lead onto further questions about their income.0 -
Oh right, see what you mean.
The only way to do this then, is to do her claim on entitledto.com.
See if you do affect her benefits.
Then do your claim - think you'll find it doesn't effect her benefits or yours (except, as you said you wont get HB).
If she is claiming 25% discount on council tax, she wont get that any-more,
but if she isn't paying council tax at all, cos she receives C/T benefit, then she still wont have to pay, as neither of you work.“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning,
but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”
