He waited ages because he was messing around at the tobacco kiosk with staff who obviously couldn't leave their posts. He seemed to have no interest of locating someone who was in a position to help him ie someone located in or near the electronics area. With just some slight common sense he would have thought of that.

When he spoke to the duty manager it then appeared so why this bloke needs his butt kicked as you put it I do not know! With that fact, where you get the idea the managers customer service is terrible I do not know! End of:rotfl:
