Absolutely. He really has a warped sense of reality. At one point he said he was a good customer!

Well say's he's a good customer but later say's he rarely shops there?

He was moaning that they said they'd have it at customer service in 16 minutes which wasn't the case, he just said he;d be back in 15 minutes.

Perhaps if he hadn't wasted time instisting to see a manager which to ask to locate a computer was completely not needed and just stuck to one person he might have had more luck!

What a stupid little man. I hate people like that, i could not see his problem. He saw the PC he wanted, it was LOWER than the advertised price and he got it. OK so it took a while for them to get it for them, but he did get it. Why did he insist on seeing the manager though, the staff on the floor would have got it for him.

I think he was highlighting the staff's complete lack of interest in selling a high value item, and the way none of them would take command of the situation. You'd expect a shop to be a bit more enthusiatic about selling a £400 computer.

I don't think that was the case. It was blatently edited. He seemed to dump it on the tobacco desk, but obviously their doing that and can't go hunting for a pc, I highly suspect that they knew this was a winde up anyway therefore wouldn't show much interest of finding an item from a completely different department from someone who's blatently mad!

All he had to do was go to the right place, ie the electronics area and ask someone there. I noticed he says he asked someone but he didn't state where and surprisingly there was no video evidence of this (thats obvious why).

He wasn't going to buy it and was just doing this for the sake of it, why else would you video yourself shopping? I have a feeling the staff picked up on this. You never see him buy it do you! You may think thats because they couldn't find it but you don't see that either!

The whole thing that the video was building up for you were never shown the outcome, I wonder why!
  • The best bit has to be at the end when he turns round and says sorry for holding the smokers up!

Yes, you do see him buy it on the second link that was posted on this thread - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JeHjb9PVJw

Although I do agree the whole thing was weirdly edited.
