Oh and how did he pay for the PC? His card didn't work for the basket of stuff, so how did he pay for the base unit? And if he did have another card to pay with, why did he pish about paying for the loaf and the rag rug or whatever it was and left other stuff??

There was another great one the otherday I came across (mp3 rather than video) of someone doing a "bart simpson" impersonation from an american website by calling Asda customer service saying they needed an announcement in their local store (something like they said they urgently needed to get in contact with their daughter who was shopping there) and basically got them to announce Tescos is cheaper (cant remember what name they gave but something like Tessa Cos-Cheaper) - was very funny (if it is genuine the person in asda did make the announcement and didnt cotton on)

Covert video, filming members of the public, kids in prams, shop workers this looks like care in the community gone wrong....wonder how he funds his PC purchases, covert camera equipment etc.....be afraid....be very afraid....this guy is a loon.....plus his videos are rubbish as well get a life....only wish the manager had pointed out the pricing was a genuine error and refused sale of the item....he'd obviously been in the store previously and worked all of this out as a scenario for his next video.....he was lucky he didn't get thrown out for un authorised filming on private property....he could very easily get an order against him for ever setting foot in Tesco stores again.....oh go on....ban him please !!!!

At the end of the day that guy had to wait ages for the computer ...... shouldn't matter what so ever how he acted!! The manager should get his butt kicked, his customer service is terrible. Yes I have worked with customers like that at a large superstore and we treated everyone the exact way. End of!
