This happened to me, ebay account was restricted so couldn't sell anything to rectify the situation, so had to wait until end of November, the restriction was lifted then they fully restricted my account the same day!!!!0

I think I may be close to restriction. The low stars are from the same two buyers. One had a justified complaint and hammered my stars, the other hammered my stars because the item 'looked lighter in the pic'0
