Supposedly they've enver been great but since the merger with r-mobile I'm hearing horror stories constantly. t'wife is on T-mobile and most of the time her phone just doesnt ring.
Oh yeah. Walked past my first t-mobile/orange shop the other day (dewsbury Mimi).
Somebody said they had merged but I've never heard that until recently.
O2 are very good mimi. They have decent plans and one of the few to have a UK call centre.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

O2 are the spawn of satan and need to die in a fire. They'll lie through the teeth to get you and alter the transcripts of your conversations and claim the recordings were "accidentally deleted" so you can't prove otherwise.
Avoid em.This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
Oo-er NIM!!
I've been with 02 forever, since before when it was 'BT Cell-net' and never had a problem with them, and even any little niggles were easily solved with a quick phone call. Most of my family and friends are on 02 as well and they have always been fab.
Sound like you may be the exception rather than the rule.Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -

I've been with o2 for ages as well and have had no problems. They always give me good deals when it's time to upgrade. Whenever I've had any problems they've been sorted out. The customer service has always been good in my experience. But there are always people who have had bad experiences with the best of companies.0 -

The exorcist confirmed the spawn bit
I'll admit its based on experience but not just my own. I don't know a single O2 mobile customer anyome as anyone I knew found the same as I did. Both here and in Ireland.
Maybe I'm just the common link, but it seems it can't travel over the intertubes so you are all safe

Hmmmm. Just did a slapper supermarket for GR. Only 2 staff on the shop floor and I had to make 6 enquiries. Really struggled. Have left some of the sections blank as it would have made it so obvious I was the ms'er. Anyone else ever had this problem?
Also, off topic, so sorry in advance, but is anyone on Orange and can you make calls? I am having daily problems. All my calls keep cutting off in the morning and afternoon. I'm getting very !!!!!! off as I needed to contact GR urgently re: above query. I'm thinking about cancelling my Orange contract! I ALWAYS pay on time so I should be receiving proper service.
I think everyone has contrasting views on different providers but I will say I have been impressed with 3 since OH got a phone with them, I never thought they were any good but she has better reception than me pretty much all the time. Same phone as well.
Mimi, what I would say is to ring orange and tell them (or write) that the service you pay for is not fit for purpose. It is needed for work and it is not doing what it says on the tin so to speak.Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

They've merged their UK business, but elsewhere Orange & T-Mobile are separate (no idea what happens if you are roaming - If nominally being on an Orange contract means that you use Orange roaming agreements?)0 -
I'm with Vodafone and they're fine. You can also chat to advisers on their website, which is a feature I do appreciate.
In other news, I'm back from the test centre! Wore baggy(ish) trousers and snuck my phone in. Then must've spent a little too long in the loo (checking the Alerts thread actually :rotfl:) as upon coming out, was asked to empty my pockets, and voila, busted!
I didn't really find it a pleasant experience in all honesty and don't think I'll do another in a hurry. I still say you should be able to reveal yourself right at the very end.0 -
Ra are having a laugh with the "chubby chops" jobs just gone on aren't they? Sale and return scenario for that measly fee? No thank you! We’ve had to remove your signature.
