Wonder what TNS will make of it0 -
I did 2 RE tech stores today, both within the timeframe given, which appeared to account for a lunch break later in the afternoon and both times the brand rep was on lunch! Made a criticism of that in the reports and will let the allocater know too.
I'm also wondering whether to tell RE that I kinda got busted the other day doing a studenty travel shop - are they likely to use that as an excuse not to pay me? The briefing notes said to be honest about any previous enquiries, so I took that as a green light to use my real details - I did a visit for that branch back in the summer and I reckon after the results were in, someone added a note to my entry on their database. I say that because, once she put my name in, she went into another room to collect a printout, then came out with a colleague who supposedly wanted to observe for a customer service study. I feared I'd been at least suspected, if not rumbled, so I booked a follow-up appointment as I don't suppose this usually happens in mystery visits. Anyway, I emailed her the next day to cancel and she said "that's ok, you mystery shopper!" I just emailed back nicely asking what made her think that, but she didn't answer that, just said I knew where she was if I wanted to book. I feel that I should let RE know so they can decide whether to tell repeat shoppers to use false details in future, but I don't know whether I trust them not to blame it on me and then not pay me
Also, I've assigned myself a GfK furniture shop on Wednesday - it's not really as bad as you guys make it out to be, right? It doesn't look that bad on paper (well, PDF...)0 -

No it's far worse than it looks! They are a pain that just don't seem worth the fee and it's not often I say that about GFK.0 -
Hi, I have just got a job auditing for that company that can't be mentioned which involves visiting multiple outlets.
I have a list of postcodes and I wondered if anyone knew how I can work out the most efficient way of going round each store?
Is there a website anywhere where I can type all the postcodes in and they work out the best route?
Thanks in advance
I've got MS Autoroute and it works it out for you. A friend got it free with their computer and gave me it, so I'm not sure how much it costs to buy. Here I go again on my own....0 -
