What do I do?
I had this happen to me, it's quite rare apparently. I just filled in the report with lots of no, no, no...
It's quite quick to do! But definitely email.0 -
Something similar happened to me a few month back and GFK just told me to fill in the questionnaire based on what happened and I still got paid so you should be OK.
I did part of a car circuit today and one garage told me their computers were down so he couldn't work out exactly what discount to give me and that he'll call me on Monday to discuss it further - I guess I'll just email Bare and explain and see if they want me to fill in the report based on the phone call rather than the visit :huh:0 -
Thanks guys, I have submitted the questionnaires plus emails, both detailing what happened.
You're quite right yonk, I've done nearly 20 of them over the last year and this has never happened to me, I've always been able to see someone rightaway. Very busy (and small) little shop indeed!0 -
I was in a shop today and one staff's perfume was extremely strong, the whole shop stank. I didn't mention it in the report, I think this was the right choice? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Personally I wouldn't mention it as its not in the brief and its better than body odour.

No way am I spending time filling in forms for them, if they want me to provide a receipt confirmation for them they can provide a completed form along with a fee to cover the cost of my time. Not a chance of me doing anything for free for that company.

You should be able to download a stopwatch for that phone from the Android market.
Just fiddle on as if you are sending a text message. Nearly everyone faffs on with phones these days so you won't stand out.
Also Inkpad is a good one to download for making notes inHere I go again on my own....0
