are you putting the amount you received (ie less than they paid taking paypal fees into account) on the payment receipt forms,
or have they only sent those to those who they paid via cheque ?
What I am doing is putting the forms in the bin. No way am I spending time filling in forms for them, if they want me to provide a receipt confirmation for them they can provide a completed form along with a fee to cover the cost of my time. Not a chance of me doing anything for free for that company.0 -

What is your question? You are new to the company you will have a limited amount of jobs you can't accept until you prove you are reliable and can do the job.0 -

I can't log into eDigital. I was happily (ish) doing my surveys, it logged me out (assume was inactive) and now whenever I click login it just brings me back to the very same login screen. Anyone?
ETA - Removed cookies and tried again, in now. Stupid thing.0 -

Has anyone else had problems with GfK's rescheduling system? I picked up a vacuum job and the dates were today and Sunday. I picked today but need to move it on thanks to the blimmin waiting about in the phone shops! However, its only giving me the option of another time slot today. Any ideas or emergency numbers?0

Stratch the above post, I made it to the vacuum shop on time after all. Now I have a different problem. The vacuum rep I was supposed to assess wasn't there - poor love's broke her ankle apparently. And I didn't get to do one of the phone shops as usual either - it was mega busy, and even after going away, coming back half an hour later and waiting another ten minutes (as per the brief), there was still no one available to serve me, so I left.
What do I do? It's the weekend (and after office hours anyway) so I can't contact GfK before midnight, when the automatic de-allocation occurs. Obviously I don't want to get de-allocated and not paid. I was thinking of sending an email detailing these problems, then submitting the questionnaire saying why the visits didn't go as planned, that I didn't want to get de-allocated and to please refer to my email dated today at [the time I send the email]. What do you guys think? What would you do/have you done in the past?
Thanks in advance!0 -

I think I would do the questionnaire as much as you can and send an email to the person in the brief to explain what happened.0
