The company, I have a nice loop of 8 audits so I spend half a Saturday once a month doing them.

I'm ashamed to say I still don't know who the company that must not be named is... I think I missed that thread! Hope it's not the one I've just named or I'll lose my regular 8 audits!!!

I dont know you well enough to know if thats ignorance or irony...:rotfl:

A bit like Catholics then. Lie, steal, cheat, commit every sin under the sun as long as you confess to the priest afterwards. (I went to Catholic school).

I'm gonna have to call you on that MG. Doesn't work if your not actually sorry i.e. if you do all this stuff with the intention of "confessing" afterwards its not really confession.

So its only okay to be a sh*thead if you feel bad while doing it? Hmmm. Must be the excuse the Nuns used while abusing my sister in law when she was a child 50 years ago in a childrens home in Australia. Fortunately this so called home is being hauled over the coals now as the truth has come out and many of these children (now adults) have now spoken out.

I'm a Musim and pork is a no no.

I wish more people knew that. I felt embarrassed by some English people on holiday in Turkey who were complaining because the hotel didn't serve bacon and pork sausages for breakfast :o
Here I go again on my own....

It happens. I'm surprised though as Turkey is very westernised. Thought they would cater for everyone.

What weirds me out is chains such as Subway that sell "halal pork". Strange that one. Muslims can't eat pork, it's a no no, so whether it's halal or not, it's not allowed. Confused dot com. Anyway, time for my crackers....... :p

MG you have an issue with the church as it protected people who did despicable things and your right to. But that is not the way the faith is thought, that is not the way confession works nor is it how I said it works.

I'd accuse you of targeting the easy whipping boy but I'm not looking to start something here but I'm asking you, as a Catholic to please stop attacking the church for the actions of some of its members.

I'm not getting into your specific experience as tbh its not appropriate for this board and if it is to be discussed the internet is entirely the wrong medium to discuss it.

"Halal pork" is made from turkey meat as I understand it.

Point taken. No offense intended. I don't judge people on their religion, but as individuals. I only have opinions on some religious beliefs and we can't all agree that some things are right and some things are wrong. Each to their own, as they say. " As long as no one gets hurt, either physically or emotionally", that's the personal religion I invented for myself.
