Anyone else get an email from RA about applying for holiday assignments? A minimum of 750 words to write to explain why you want to apply, no less! It's like being back at school... I'm on 150. Thought MS was all about being concise...?!
I posted about this for hotel visits, didnt bother to be honest, as if there application is that long, you can just guess the length of the report and no fee to make it worth while.

ETA - Still playing chicken with gap. There are two drive thru visits that are stubbornly refusing to gain the bigger premium and must be done by Tuesday... c'mon gappy, you know you want to! Triple fee them!

Why don't you mail them and ask them to call you. Then you can barter on the phone. Thats what I do. (Not this month though :()

    From the email:

'Please do not telephone the office for any further details regarding these Mystery Shopping Holidays at this time.

If you do telephone the office, your application form will not be processed.'

    So I'd advise not to

People do not choke on your sandwiches, or whatever it is you eat for lunch. Bare have paid for December. Its almost worth putting on the Alerts thread!

Now where did I put that bottle of bubbly?

    I don't have my December payment :(

By the way, Can you trade mark a colour? Came across this:

****(Company Name**** and the colour magenta are all trade marks owned by ******

By the way, where it says magenta on the actual site it has a block of colour.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

Fairly sure colour as a whole is public realm and that would never hold up in the UK. Wouldnt swear to it mind.

Would this be a company who deal with a particularly successful supermarket chain?
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

Royal Mail have a trademark over a certain shade of red, so I suppose it isn't out of the question. It would only come to light if another holiday company had a similarly coloured logo and tried passing off as them, I suppose.
