* facepalm * deserved. TY WhitelabelThis was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
Is it a requirement to change your wording in your reports? Only in the short time I've been doing this I'm now finding I'm getting fed up with myself finishing with different ways of saying... Because good customer service is a competitive advantage!0

I don't know about it being a requirement, but sometimes it's almost fun to see how many ways I can convey EXACTLY the same message in the same report! Although sometimes I get lazy and copy and paste comments ("All of the above criteria were met - MFers, I'm looking at you
) 0 -

This is a staple for me with MF that I actually have it in a text document and just ctrl+C ctrl+V right the way through the reports. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -

But when the criteria was met how did this make you feel and did the employees seem happy when meeting the criteria?0 -

Wouldn't it be... I felt I was valued by the staff members and the employees seemed happy to be serving me as they gave a positive impression by doing blah blah (whatever they were doing, not actually blah blah lol)0
