Gah - just filled in the (nice and quick) report for a Bare Sports shop job I did today and it came up with two Oops - but now it won't reload. Am hoping I don't need to fill it in again (if I can ever get into it again).

That's a nice little client Mystery Shoppers have picked up, a decent spend AND a fee with a bonus for a quality report. If they weren't such short notice I'd be filling my boots.

I'm amazed there was no phone calls to try and fill these ones tbh. Still 40 odd showing near me.

NIM you actually Are Irish, so are one of the few who is legitimately entitled to be on the St Patrick's Day bandwagon.
I'm sure you said you would be out having a drink tonight!

  • All the ones round here are still showing as available. There is not enough money IN THE WORLD to make me think it's a good idea to go round them though. :D

Am trying to finish off reports which want me to give 3 areas for improvement; normally no issue but my god I'm struggling on a couple of these. When you find yourself critising some poor soul for not being QUITE as friendly as all her colleagues you know you're clutching at straws.

I usually try and back these things up with a suggestion that is positive like perhaps the said staff member would benefit from being on the same shift more often with one of her friendlier colleagues as I feel the experience would help her confidence :)

Aw thanks, this is a good way of doing it, I'm off to try re-writing along these lines. My mum was a primary school teacher; I should try and channel her 'focus on the positive' report-writing skills :D

Don't blame you, not for less than 5 times the fee offered was I taking one of those.

Irish born, Irish bred and when I die I'll be Irish dead. Born and reared on the banks of the river Shannon. Tempted away by feminine wiles of a northern lass...who wouldn't be mind.

Had one or two quiet ones in the end, been off the booze since ash Wednesday as I often do but like to have a couple on St Paddys day. Still amazed they didnt try to coax people onto them over the phone...maybe they knew what would happen.

Never done one requiring 3 areas of improvement but I would be inclined to say no further suggestion if there are no improvements to suggest. If its not MF clarify that you felt the staff member performed well and suggesting improvements would be unfair or some other such wording.
