Personally on that Saturday night I intend to be in Cardiff celebrating Wales winning the 6 nations grand slam!

Too right - I did an underground sandwich at the weekend. The receipt printer wasn't working so I ended up with a handwritten receipt. Did the usual photos, attached them to the report and added a comment explaining what happened. I knew then that it wasn't going to go smoothly.
Got a proofreading ticket on Monday asking for the receipt to be attached to the report - so I attached the hand written receipt and comment again.
Still sat pending tonight.......0 -
I have to say that the RE/MF proofers have left me alone this week, I've had jobs passed in an hour too.0

It's ridiculous, isn't it? Can they not read the bloomin' comment or something? I had a similar incident in January when doing an electronics shop - I asked for a complements slip, as per the brief, but the MOS wrote out the product information by hand. No query raised but a point deducted. I asked the allocator what I should have done in that situation, as the only thing I could think of was insist on a printout like a petulant brat, which given that we're not supposed to be obvious, seemed like rather a bad idea! Stupid mare never did actually answer me - just proceeded to tell me what I already knew, that I had also answered a couple of questions I didn't need to - must be the only time anyone's been penalised for providing the MFers with too much information!0 -

Funnily enough, at the top of my head I can think of two former pubs which are now TNS fast stores - neither in your part of the country. (There's another pub-turned-convenience store not so far from me with a cheeky similar sounding name to the chain in question too.) It's sad, isn't it?
One of them has just opened up near my workplace, so at least I'll hopefully get a chance to do a visit in it before I leave! 0 -

They are doing this a lot, I know of at least 6 close to me that have been converted. I guess it makes sense with all the pubs that are closing down.HeavensDevil wrote: »Funnily enough, at the top of my head I can think of two former pubs which are now TNS fast stores - neither in your part of the country.
