Glad I can provide some merriment while Waiting to see some naughty students. I cant get on FB to have a nosey but I know she's not as pretty as my lady (she might be reading) In MS world it's a slow week/month so far. couple of Gyp Supermarkets, Gfk Bank next week and cinema at the end of the month. I just had a phone call for a camera shop 150 miles away !. She said they were being generous by doubling the fee . Made me laugh out loud on the phone :T

By asking you to do a 300 mile round trip for less than 3 times the fee of a reef job total?

I'm quiet so far this month; got a few bits tomorrow and Friday then one full day out on each of the following two weeks, but nothing else yet. There's stuff there, but only if I'm happy to end up basically paying for the privilege of doing the jobs. Funnily enough, I'm not so keen on that.

On a positive note - big kudos to Grass Roots this afternoon. I had a phone call asking about a job not too far away, but I'm only staying very local at the moment due to the baby, which I said, and she was lovely, making a bit of small talk about the kids, and then offering whether I wanted her to put a note on my profile to stop them phoning me at all until I wanted them to again in case they interrupted anything etc with the baby! And that I could let them know when I was happy for them to ring again and they would take the note off.
I said it was fine to phone, as they don't phone loads so I don't mind, but I thought that this little thing was really thoughtful and showed that they are genuinely friendly and nice people.
Particularly after having to ignore about 5 calls this morning from an ESA retard, and after how they were to NIMs missus.
Nice to know there are the nice ones to balance it all out

I'm really quiet too - I think there's someone new near me, as even the gyp burgers have been taken recently at normal fee

All the gyp burgers round here have already got a premium on them - bit early, isn't it? Not that I'm complaining mind you. I did all of mine in the last few days of the month in Feb and once again sickened myself with the evil things.
