Meal plans WB 15th January

Things have changed round a wee bit this week;

Sun 15 Slow roast shoulder of lamb, with celeriac, swede and carrot, roast spuds and cabbage we did have this
Mon 16 [STRIKE]lamb & barley stew[/STRIKE],
actually shepherds pie with the leftover roasted veg chopped up, some lamb, gravy topped with cheesy mashed spuds cabbage
Tue 17 lamb biryani/curry (Prob just me for dinner-OH out, so possibly just lamb in black bean sauce with rice)
Wed 18 turkey & spinach lasagne, salad
Thu 19 [STRIKE]dorotas granados[/STRIKE] no squash, or half of the other veg involved in this recipe, and friend coming down friday night, so not enough salmon-so the salmon is thursday night
Fri 20 [STRIKE]salmon with a mustard and herb crust, oven chips &veg[/STRIKE] HFW mushroom stoup with dumplings and fresh baked bread
Sat 21 away
Sun 22 away-takeaway(?) or lamb curry from the freezer

Lovebringathomemum- Your meal plan inspired me so I've just made some cheese scones to go with our pumpkin soup for lunches for the next two days! They smell lush in the oven; so satisfying to bake so thanks for sharing your meal plan :beer:
