is virgin giving all broadband users unlimited?

The unlimited is only for those who sign up to the new Virgin Media packages, anyone on Virgin broad band before the launch of VM will not get unlimited unless they upgrade, I am on their bundle 2? at £9.99 a month and my download limt is still 3gb, (which is what it was),and will continue to be, before their VM launch, unless I upgrade.

I phoned NTL/Virgin Media yesterday (Fri) to complain, rearrange my package, got a discount. If I had known things were changing I would have waited to see package changes & deals going on.

how long is the contract? 12 months?
