is virgin giving all broadband users unlimited?

got a letter through the post that said all users wont have to have download limits any more, is this true? will i have to sign up for anything, i emailed them back yesterday but didnt even get the automated response yet.

Blueyonder was unlimited without a restrictive Fair Use Policy before, now Virgin have gone and implemented this FUP crap. I am not a happy bunny.
Edit: Although, reading it, the FUP from Virgin Media isn't all that restrictive compared to other ISPs - it mostly just covers illegal usage (that's usually in the T&Cs though, 'Fair Usage Policy' makes me think of connection throttling for heavy users).0 -
