Well I mentioned earlier in this thread that I emailed them twice 2 weeks ago and I still have no reply. I tried calling them at different times of day and no answer. I left them a message on the answerphone and left my number and email address and no reply from anywhere. I don't know whats wrong really

i ordered a coffee maker (and some other stuff) a few weeks ago, it came the next day. when i opened it i found it had been used. I tried to ring them and couldnt get an answer, i tried to email and it was unable to be sent.
i started to panic about weither this site was ligit.
After a while i tried to call again, the call was answered straight away and i was sent a new coffee maker, although it did take a further 4 days to arrive.

i do think they are a alright company, and probably just trying to find their feet espacially if they are being swomped by all MSE.

Ah thanks. From the posts above I was expecting it on the same day. So I will wait a few days before panicking

Just to confirm how good these people are when things go wrong !!

My parcel arrived eventually after being delayed due to WGC putting the wrong house number on the parcel.

When I got it the parcel was damp and so were the boxes inside, like it had been left in the rain. They have refunded me in full and given me £20 credit off my next order

I finally received my parcel, after it had been delivered to the wrong house (addressed wrongly) and what a complete load of tat! Out of a total of 5 items, 4 are either/and, faulty, broken or have parts missing

I'm not happy, these items are supposed to have been checked/graded. I didn't expect my items to be perfect, but I did expect them to be of a reasonable working order. Now my emails are being ignored and the telephone is engaged. It's going to cost £20 to send them back.

Personally I would not recommend this company..........................
