I've order from this company before. I have had 2 tvs and a portable dvd player...... one tv had to go back after 3 wks as it stopped working.......I received another really quickly but no one came to pick the other one up so I was told to chuck it. The adaptor for the dvd player was broken so was told to wait and they will send another adaptor ..... after about a month I gave up and sent the whole thing back and they gave me a refund for the postage a month later.

When I phone or email it gets answered straight away all the time.
There is a (I think!)a Welsh girl that answers the phone and she is absolutely fab, couldn't get better.

I would buy from them again because I have lost count of the number of times i've gone back to argos with faulty goods so why is this different??:rotfl: I'd certainly take my chances!!!!:rotfl:

I ordered 10 days ago. Nothing has arrived & online my order is still showing as "processing". My credit card was charged the day after order. How long is dispatch supposed to take?! No sign of my £10 refund either for ordering over £50 & no response to many emails:(

I live in the Highlands and was told it would take slightly longer than usual...... turned up anything from 2 days to 4 days max. Apart from my adaptor for portable dvd player.....one month!!!
I would defo phone them xxx

I got my order a few days ago. After my last email, they finally replied saying my order was stuck in processing for some reason & they moved it to despatched & they have now refunded me the £10.

The stuff I ordered is really gorgeous

I got:
- sea grass over door draws
- wrought iron fire fender
- huge leather cream jewewllery box
- glass & chrome corner shelves
- chrome bathroom mirror with shelf

So it took awhile but the stuff I got is beautiful & in like new condition
