Well I've got to admit it is a bit worrying. I wanted to order a lawnmower, a strimmer, a tv, a phone and alsorts and thought they seemed ok from what others have said on here but its making me wonder if they might be going to close up shop now and just want to clear everything out. I know some have said they get answered emails and calls but I havent as yet so I'm not trusting them.
They have extended the £10 refund thing for another week but I'm just leaving it and not bothering till theres more evidence they are okThanx

They have been brilliant with me , Order arrived very quickly one item faulty (missing part ) emailed them and was told to keep it and they would refund .Then told to ordered anything I wanted up to £15 free including postage , which I did and it arrived the next day. Perfect.Never pay more than you have too0

Not having much luck with this company. Having placed first order on 14th, and second on 16th, the second one arrived first 5 days later. I phoned them up about first order, they said the problem was they had not been able to accept my payment, as the last name had not been written in on my order, but no probs ,they had done it now, and my order would be with me today,the 22nd. Half of my order arrived today , which was only two sets of glasses, one of these were incorrect, just not the type of glasses i would order. The largest part of the order was missing, a mircrowave,and a waste bin.By the time the order arrived it was too late to ring them. Probably i am wrong but I don't get the impression they are a very proffessional company. Any thoughts , anyone0

I've now received an apology, a full refund and have been asked to dispose of the items, plus a £20 discount if I decide to place another order in the future.
I think the company are good at heart, but perhaps need to be more organised, especially in checking the goods before dispatch.

I spent just over £50 with then on the £10 promotion and the credit of £10 was refunded within 4 days of placing the order. The goods arrived on time however when I opened the box the next day a couple of the items in the dinner set had broken and the faux leather shelves have what looks like an oil mark on them - it looks as though it has seeped through the box as the outside of the box was oiley to. I emailed there customer service yesterday and to be honest forgot all about it. just checked my email and they have refunded me for the full cost of the dinner service and for the faux shelves and just told me to dispose of the items.
Wow!! what great customer service - https://www.whatsgoingcheap.com will be my first port of call for any items I will to purchase in the future - if they can provide such great customer service - they deserve my custom

Hi Roses
Can I ask how are your contacting them is it by logging into your account on whatsgoingcheap and then hitting the contact us link and then entering all your details or is it directly through your email account.
I always log onto whats going then use the contact us page and the longest that I have ever had to wait for a reply has been over a weekend where I have emailed them on a Friday and then got a response first thing monday morning

I too have now recieved a full refund,because the two main items are not in stock, have been told to keep the two sets of glasses as a goodwill gesture. Seems they probably don't keep on top of the stock control side of things very well, items are still showing on the screen that are no longer available.Still I think on the whole they dealt with me fairly, but not sure if there is much point in looking at the website, as the amount of items seems to be getting smaller, with not many new arrivals anymore.0
