Sorry James but StepChange_James just sounds wrong :rotfl:
I've not had a letter or an email yet, but read on Twitter about this.
Just wondering how long it'll take the creditors to get used to the new name...

Does anyone have an email address for cccs (or stepchange?).
DH spoke to them tonight, they called to ask for a couple of things to be emailed through but he wrote the email address down wrong and they're now shut....
Thanks in advance0 -
We've not had a letter about the change to CCCS?

After 10 months on our DMP we're having to make token payments for the next two months as we need some vital work doing on our house  so am posting letters to our creditors today saying this.
I also need to write to Natwest requesting they stop interest/ charges on our CC and overdraft. Can anyone advise is they anything that should be put in the letter? I have looked up the banking code and it does seem a bit vague. Is it a case that they are doing their bit by not taking us to court? They declined our DMP offer saying it wasn't acceptable.0 -

We have had to make a reduced payment too this month due to roof repairs so you have our sympathy
Have you written to NatWest before to make a complaint? If so, don't bother writing to them again, go straight to the FOS. If you haven't written before, you need to make the complaint, give NatWest a chance to respond and then go to the FOS if you are not happy with their decision.
NatWest stopped the interest on our CC pretty much straight away but it's taken us 9 months of fighting to get the interest stopped on the OD. It eventually happened this week and we have received the interest back, thanks to the FOS :TLBM 10/1/12 ~ DFW Start 6/2/12: £82,344 ~ Now Zero:staradmin:starmod::staradmin Debt free 17th April 2015 :staradmin:starmod::staradmin
