OMG, i have only just found this forum & sooooo wish i had found it earlier.

I have been going through the recruitment process hell on my own, thought i was the only one that's life was consumed by it, lol!

Cant believe it has taken so long with no comms until the day before yesterday! thought they had forgotten all about us!!

Had my interview on 22 Feb & obv knew my results the week later so knew i had done well but christ not as well as some of you lot! you must have been excellent in your interviews, i had really good examples (currently a civil servant in a different department as an AO) & still only scored 36, so now i am not holding my breath, looking at all your scores!!

I have applied for Devon & Cornwall at only 2 offices, but i havent seen any posts from this area so i may be lucky!!!!

Congrats to all of you that have offers, i hope i hear tomorrow as i dont know how much more of this stress i can take!! xx

Not heard anything for the Birmingham, Black Country or Staffs areas yet. Looking at everyones elses scores though I have no chance. Such a shame as I loved my EO job a year ago (

If you haven't had a rejection email then there is still hope... None of us know until we get that much awaited news...

My scores are low too and I'm waiting to hear from all the above districts but I've heard that they are marking quite low in B'ham so maybe you are still in with a chance???

where abouts do you work ?
what did you score? there arent many on here who applied for lincs area so good to finally find some people

i work in lincoln . some people have had rejections no offers yet . sounds like there will be a hell of a lot of applicants for the the areas closer to nottingham

I only know of one person who's had a rejecton from B&S/Black Country.

He scored 43322.

I have friends who scored similar who haven't heard yet.

Of 15 of us who interviewed (all existing EO grade in civil service other dept) only 3 scored all above 4s. I scored all 7s, one chap all 6s, another lady 4s and 5s.

One of the AOs also scored all 4s.

So, basically, no news can only be good news at the moment, right?

I have been following this thread for many weeks, but only just got around to joining in! I am waiting for news on S E Wales & scored 33 points at interview.
I'm just hoping this is enough to get an offer as this whole experience has aged me at least 10 years! :eek:

Damn! The B&S interviewers must be after blood compared to some of the higther scoring areas
