I am have been waiting to be posted to an office since July 2010. I have no idea how to contact these people. The role was an EO-IRC 60227. I have been passed around and just gave up trying to find out why I have not been contacted. Any ideas

Are you Internal or External? If your internal I would thing you just need to phone employee shared services to see whats going on.....If your external then you would of only been on the list for 6 months and would have to reapply I believe.

    Hope this helps

Hi, I have applied for Nottinghamshire (home region) Derbyshire and Leicestershire. I thought I did well but seeing some of the scores on here I am not so sure. We will see. Which area are you working?

It cant be bad news can it?? surely they wouldnt ring to tell me no when they could quite easily do that in an email?
Making a cup of tea, smoking a cig then ringing. Really dont know if I can face another setback

Hey Beclee, it can only be something positive.
They probably want to ask you about ID or location choice or references.
Stay positive, finish your fag and ring them, it's not as if they phone people to say you've not got the job.
Calm down and go do it x

Hi i work in Lincoln . Not sure ive actually seen a single a single person on here applying for the Lincs area so its hard for me to compare . But compared to quite a few staff in Lincoln and Newark i know ive done well . i got 35 . But it all depends on external candidates which there are a large number . its been a long hard process. just as nervous now as ive ever been.

It comes under the same district as Nottinghamshire... It is Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire and Rutland... I only specified Nottingham offices on the location sheet, but wished I had gone for more, Grantham is not too far for me really.
I got 38 but I do know someone in a Nottingham office who got 44, but the rest I have heard have all been low 30's, but again I don't know of scores of other external applicants (of which I am one) I was an FTA until May last year.
Good luck and keep me updated if you hear anything and I will too...:)
