    What scores did you get?

I think there is a very good chance of you getting a job. When my partner went to the interview the panel told her that if you get onto the reserve list, your most likely going to be placed in a position within 6 months as a lot of people drop out / already have new jobs.

That's exactly what I was told for my interview in B'ham. The panel basically said that ALL people on the waiting list would end up with a job offer eventually.
I am ex-DWP and know that this wasn't the case in the past, but also know that we were told that it wasn't the case.
Very different information this time round so who knows?
  • Well done to all those of you getting provisional offers and sympathies to any getting rejection emails that weren't expected. I knew I'd get rejected with the scores I got at interview. At least the wait was over for me a few weeks ago.

thanks Twenty Twenty best of luck to you too
    this wait is killing me

Do you know what the scores are for the rejections?

I am still waiting to start my new position. Hence the reason why I have not withdrawn from this process. Best to keep all options open.

Will update the forum if I hear anything.

This forum have been dead for a while and suddenly, in the past few days its come alive.

Nice to see another waiting on Thames Valley!

And having an iPhone means I can check my email every 2 min. Got to say good for my house though as I've deep cleaned two rooms so far minus the kitchen cupboards.
