67898 North London 38/45
Scores up pretty quickly, interviewed on saturday scores up today.
Don't know if that be enough, but here is to hoping0 -
I can confirm for anybody still wondering that there will be around 1200 people interviewed for 50 vacancies in east London. I asked my interviewers directly as I had heard murmurs of this being the case. Daunting statistics coupled with the knowledge of being put through an almost impossibly flawed and incompetent recruitment process, equals, for me anyway, suicidal inclinations.
I would wish everybody luck, but let's face it, we're going to need more than luck to stand any chance in this fallacy of a recruitment drive.
*middle finger goes up to the world*0 -
I have it on good authority that there are 200 jobs and that they have interviewed every one who applied that met the situational score.0

East London appears to not have marked comps because they were inundated with tons of applications. Whilst 1200 interviews is insane if they interviewed a more sensible number then they'd have to have had a very brutal sift based on test scores alone. Given the limitations of the test in assessing people I do think that would have been a LOT more unfair, the wait is long and the process is flawed but at least you had your chance at interview! Step away from the ledge and stay positiveI have it on good authority that there are 200 jobs and that they have interviewed every one who applied that met the situational score.
Hmmm...200 vacancies is more than any region has reported, I was told there were 60 in North London by my interviewers and the ad for East London said 50. If 200 is the case though, 1200 interviews is obviously less insane.0 -
The wait for West London is getting annoying!!! Has anyone else in West London had their scores yet. I'm starting to think that maybe they havn't given me my scores yet cus there so bad it will just make me cry! lol.. I probably failed miserably0

Well, judging from what am reading, I should count myself out after that awful interview. Still can't believe they have not uploaded the scores considering the fact that other districts are giving feedback on the same day.0

Nana, thats how I feel, coming on here reading everyones scores and its just so frustrating because I havn't had mine yet!!
I don't think my interview went that bad, but I found this forum after my interview and after reading everyone do a star analysis on their competencies I may be wrong. Usually with interviews, I just talk and have never used the star method before, and I have always got most jobs I have been interviewed for. But i'm feeling quite pesimistic about this now, especially since its been over 2 weeks and I still havnt had my scores back! I'm not holding my breath but I wont rule it out straight away either. Sometimes I suprise myself!
I wish everyone else good luck whether you have had your scores or not, hopefully by the end of the month, we will all know one way or another! (I'm just hoping my is sooner then later!!)0 -

Were your competencies marked? If they did that should give you an indication of whether you were on the right track or not. Mine was never marked.0 -
