Hi
I received mine on Thursday and I'm quite happy to share my feedbackscores, I got all 3's. The feedback I was given on each competency was "no eye contact"!!!! It has now been amended yesterday to "read from notes" and "no eye contact" !!!!!!.
I have worked for DWP for just over 4 years as an AO. I regularly do EOduties in my normal days’ workload and at present I am on TDA (Temporary DutiesAllowance) for my line manager.
I did take my competencies into the interview but I certainly did no read them word for word without looking up or make no contact with the twointerviewers, as I know what is expected in an interview.
In my opinion, I have not been given constructive or fair feedback and I am going to email the recruitment line and ask if they could supply me with any. I feel that the interviewers have based their feedback on me not on my competencies.I know that part of the interview is how you put yourself across but believe you me, I am not ignorant or rude which is how their comments have made me feel. One of my competencies was based on interviewing customers for new claims, for which I received no TDA, which can be part of an EO's role as a personal adviser!!!
I know that my scores will not be changed however I feel that I deserve an explanation.
Good luck to everyone who is still to be interviewed and fingers X’d for those who have had their scores and waiting to hear if you have a job offer, especially my lovely and supportive work colleagues Marilyn & Mo xx0 -

Feel really bad for you, hope you're successful in whatever you decide to do next.
Also, considering that there's the possibility of the panelists scoring me down simply because they don't like me, I really don't feel as though I'll have much of a chance. I have the dialect of a teenage truant.0 -
Had my interview today..really disappointed with my performance...couldn't answer a couple of questions about responding to something that went wrong (and another i cant remember). Especially sad because my 2 interviewers were so lovely...gave me every opportunity and tried to coax an answer from me, knew i was nervous and completely put me at ease.
gl to everyone0 -
:jHi I am new to all this.
I had my interview this morning for South London and already have feedback - 8,8,8,8,8 really hoping this is enough to get through0 -

I'm sorry to accuse you of lying but I have a friend who is directly involved in the process.
That really isn't necessary is it!0 -

Had my interview today - Interviewers were really nice made every effore to put me at ease.
First 3 questions were fine but the 2nd 2 I floundered! A bit dissapointed in my performance toward the end as I'd prepared but nerves got the better of me, so surreal I could hear what I was saying wasnt making any sense!
Will just have to see what happens now, will keep you all posted with progress and good luck to everyone who have interviews booked.0 -

There are people who need this job and are worried if they dont get it.
What we don't need are a bunch of people lying to increase nerves.
My friend got 8,8,7,7,7 in South London and didnt get the results for a week. My friend who works at the job centre who enters the data for the crb check told me that they DONT HAVE THE RESOURCES to input the answers as its only done by two people.
The crb check is more important than inputting sift scores.
As previously explained, i work for dwp and have done for nearly 3 years i have no need to lie!!!!! I am simply trying to find out other peoples experiences. I had my interview in Steatham jcp @ 9am and my feedback was on late afternoon!! Sorry if u feel that i am lying but to outright accuse someone when you have no proof is down right silly!!!! have copied and pasted my feedback to prove indeed that i am not lying!!!!!!! and thanks to the post saying well done0
