whats the number for the recruitment line? is there an email address I can contact? Iapplied for Essex
Thanks0 -
I haven't had my scores for b'ham says on hold but feedback only has test score. Checked others but no change
Interesting as my Birmingham status says 'Situation Test Complete' but I have competency scores when I drill down to the feedback option. My Staffs and Shrops says 'On Hold' still but nothing under feedback except the test scores!! There really doesn't seem to be any rhymn or reason to how they are flagging peoples applications!!0 -
Districts have autonomy when it comes to how they process their recruitment.
Some districts have opted not to score competencies but to raise pass mark on the online test, others have sifted and scored.
Depends where you are but interviewing is due to start in most districts w/c 27/02
Normal rule of thumb is to interview 3 x number of posts available0 -
Just spoke to the recruitment team and they said that starting next week they'll send emails out with the results to all applicants. When asked about competencies scores being posted on the feedback section for some applicants the advisor said it makes no difference which area you are in (they don't prioritise areas) and those scores are not actual notifications of success or otherwise. He said I can keep an eye out for the scores but the actual result will be sent out to all of us starting next week.
It takes so long....[/QUOTE
Does this mean that the competencies are not being sifted by area? Is it just one great big pile of applications from all over the uk in no particular order? scores being posted as they go along. That would explain the randomness of it all!!0 -
