    I'd love to hear more about what you do - sounds amazing :) xxxx

    Me and a friend are going to try and get crafty too! I'm currently awaiting an order from abakhan so we can get started :) Too many lovely things to make, not enough time or money just now! Is it relatively easy to sell stuff?

    I'm still feeling snotty and miserable - want it gone now so I can get into holiday mode!! Can't taste anything, which is great for the pre-holiday diet but need my tastebuds back in time for fish n chips, and whippy ice creams!!

    Aw really really hope you are in that turning stage where it seems to get worse just before it gets better. I did make me laugh when you said you where going to force it out of you with will power :D sort of had images of exploding snot bombs flying out your ears :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Covered everything from what kind of birth my mother had???? like how am i supposed to remember that? honestly!! to childhood experiences, why i hated school, why i drank my way through secondary school, what happened on the day i had my first 'breakdown', how i got well after that, what work i did and why, the physical health problems i have, my relationships with family members and OH, what happened at work, when did it all happen, what i do with my day and what i think i need to make me better.......

    You all tired yet? :rotfl::rotfl:

    Anyway, getting referred to psychology and have had meds increased yet again - think i might keel over if i have any more :o but fingers crossed it will do something ;) might be a bit doolally for a few days with the increase mind you!

    Aw cool beans - you should join crafty challenge too :D have you plans of what you want to make? Selling can be hit and miss if i am honest - main thing is getting your pricing right - its hard to evaluate how much to charge most of the time and if you go to boot fairs and things people tend to want things for nothing :( I think its about developing your own style as well (which i find hard cos i do so many different things :rotfl:)

    You might like to check out my blog too as i will be talking about lots of different things like how to price and sell, and have this fabby idea of having a crafter of the month spot where i get people to talk about what they are up to :)

    Vintage i have a slot for you already in mind :D

    The challenge thread is https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3862215 btw :D

  • I've subscribed to the challenge and have already bookmarked your blog:)

    I just order 2 of their bargain bags of fabric (30 metres for £15) as even if it's carp material I figured we could have a play around and see what we like doing. I was guessing that more 'practical' things might sell better at first, in order to then try and make a little money to make the more fancy things :)

    It's a lucky dip, but I did also order some lovely black and white skull and cross bones material to hopefully make an apron for my sortofmum as a gift.

    Erm, I guess facebook and online to start with, maybe a craft fair if we get enough good items together. To keep this thread for steps, I'll go post in the crafty thread instead :)
