    1. Print new medicash forms for hospital bag
    [STRIKE]2. Take bump pic[/STRIKE]
    3. Wrap sold amazon software
[STRIKE]4. Write birthday card for auntie[/STRIKE]
    5. Find Barclaycard
    6. Put in medicash form for accupuncture
    7. List 2 pieces of software on ebay
    [STRIKE]8. Pack hospital bag again[/STRIKE]

Didn't get much done, but felt blinking awful so I don't really care. If anything gets done off the rest of the list today it's a bonus, but I'm at the GP at 10am, then probably off to the hospital day assessment unit, may or may not be let out again tonight, so I'm not worrying about it today tbh.

Welcome Back Fairy - Bag is Gorgeous!

Right - determined to have a good one today despite feeling crappy! Going to try and drive this cold from my body with pure stuborness!!:rotfl:

Meant to be going to fat club tonight, but I'm thinking of jacking it in for a couple of weeks - I am getting so disheartened with losing one week and then gaining the next, I don't think I need the pressure at the moment while I'm struggling with my insulin, not being able to exercise and the drugs for the shoulder

Good morning Happy Steppers Crew :hello:

I had a wicked Wednesday, very much a relaxing, refreshing day :D Long may they continue!!!

    A total of 8 smilies :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

I've slightly changed the way I list things now having taken ideas from great posts on here. I am going to still list my 'wish list' but also at the end of the day I am going to reflect on the day and list positives from the day. I've been doing it for the past couple of days and I find it far more pleasurable. It takes the pressure off if I am not having a very good day and struggle to motivate myself with the list.

    Today I would like to

    1. Check and reply to e-mails Done
    2. De-clutter paperwork
    3. Encourage hubby to ring scrap yard Done
    4. Put a £1 a day into my 'stash the cash tin' Done
    5. Put a £1 a day into my 'party tin' Done
    6. Photograph more ebay
    7. List more ebay Done
    8. Update Geocaching.com
    9. Write thank you card to Denise
    10. Sort out some CD's
    11. Read! Something I have been struggling to do
    12. Update Filofax
Wishing all the Happy Steppers Crew a thundering Thursday
    :grouphug:

Not on the list but I have also......

    Sorted out stamps :D
Sorted out document enclosed wallets for ebay :D
Put £1 into my 'High Maintenance Fund' for a NSD :D
Update my Cornish Pasty pathtag profile :D
    Offer pathtag trades :D

    Good morning crew :)

I had quite an interesting day yesterday - i found myself making plans for building up a crafting 'business' again. Thats something that i haven't done for quite some time (i do tend to dip in and out of it). Its the first time since becoming unwell again that i have thought about my crafting as more than a way to distract myself and fill my time. It feels good to be able to think about it in a more positive way again rather than well sort of neutral!

I did manage 5 :):):):):) yesterday which i am pleased about, and i also managed to get a full nights sleep last night too :D

    Today the plan is:

have a shower and wash my hair - done :)
plan a meal - ended up having chips lol!
attend my pysch assessment  - done :)
do some knitting of the doggy coat
    superpoints - done :)
clean out the fridge - done :)
post ebay parcels - done :)

Think i am going to leave it at that for now - it feels like a big day ahead with the assessment happening so don't want to plan in too much until i have that over with.

Hope you all have a great day!!

Dinah i'm thinking about you as you must be in hospital again! Hope its all going ok :)

    Good Luck Today Fairy!

I'm still feeling snotty and miserable - want it gone now so I can get into holiday mode!! Can't taste anything, which is great for the pre-holiday diet but need my tastebuds back in time for fish n chips, and whippy ice creams!!
