put away washing
get car full of stuff from house to flat
view flat this evening for OH to buy
stick to SW plan
attend SW for WIlost 2.5 pounds!
order fabric to practise crafty-ness
decide what to have for dinner - ate out
Hope you all have a lovely day x
Me moving into the flat with OH is supposed to be fun... but we are arguing almost constantly right nowHe accuses me of being immature and unable to have a grown up conversation as I just get sarcastic and say stupid stuff like 'i just won't move in then'.
But then he doesn't understand that I need him to show that he is looking forward to me moving in by actually clearing out some of his carp without me asking him 10 million times first and then starting to do it for him. I bought a car load of stuff over today and in order to clear space for the carpet to be cleaned tomorrow, I started putting some of it away and trying to sort through his carp..... then got annoyed as he doesn't want to part with ANYTHING!
Who seriously needs 2 pizza cutters, 15 bottle openers, 3 huge flasks that haven't been used in the 18 months I've known him, 5 different types of carpet cleaner that he never uses... and the list goes on! He just doesn't get itBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Wow thats not fun at all is it? It sounds like you both need to have a grown up conversation where you both talk about what it going on. Maybe he is resisting you throwing things out simply because they are his things and he has some fears about you taking over 'his space'? Personally i think it is worth talking to him about the fact that he is not making any room for you and making some agreement about what space you can have.
Trust me when i say make sure you also have the conversations about money as well - who pays for what? are you splitting bills 50/50?, will you have a shopping budget? where does money for nights out come from? all those things need to be clear from the start to prevent issues coming up!
Hope the discussions go well xxxDebt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go

Well i am in the wide awake club once again
not really sure what to do with myself so thought i would drop in! :rotfl: Sorry to hear quite a few of us are having a bit of a hard time again right now - fairy hugs to everyone, :grouphug: and hope it passes soon for all of us
As i am writing I am wondering if there is anything we can each do to help ourselves at the minute? Some self care maybe? For me that would mean doing my positive steps again and making sure i schedule in some basic need things like diet, exercise and personal care.
So here goes.....
Yesterday i did get my bag finished apart from a few threads needing sewn in.
I also got all my ebay parcels packed up and ready to post.
I finally found my elephant I was knitting as well
Oh and i did go to my sewing class even though i felt like poo and had to take diazepam to be able to go.
Thats 4 more positives achieved despite the really carp day!
Today then i would like to:
Have a shower and wash my hair
Plan to have at least one decent meal. - done
Go for a walk
Also, if i can do any of the following i would be really pleased!
Update for craft blog - done
Finish knitting elephant - nope! I ended up doing something else instead
Sew in loose threads for bag - done
Superpoints - done
Update for money blog - done
Post ebay parcels
5 new listings for ebay
Lodge loose change into savings
Clean out fridge
Collect prescriptions
Not sure how i will get on as still not feeling good but writing the list is a step in the right direction even if it is at 5am :rotfl:Debt at Aug 2010 (LBM) £21,908.86, Debt Freeeeee Date 4th Nov 2013 :j:j:j Massive Thanks to the £10 per day thread :A Next goals:Savings £1203.16/£10,000******Mortgage to Zero: £52,579.46 to go

Fairy love the bag, I've saved your blog into faves and I'll have a nosey later. I do like the idea of factoring in some personal care, I am rubbish at that, yet when I do it it makes me feel wonderful. I think you can always tell how down you get if you can't be bothered having a shower:rotfl::rotfl: On those days i try to factor in a big bubble bath, much more relaxing!
