Weekends are always when I get less done as DH seems to require a lot of attention to get anything done himself.
ETA: Case in point, he's been working on the garden this morning (great as it really is a wilderness!) but he asked me to sit out and talk to him while he did it. The fresh air was nice but that's 2 hours less to do my to do list. Worth it though as it really does look so much better already.
I thought I'd be skulking on here with my tail between my legs for getting nothing done over the weekend as I didn't check the list, but it actually went okay all on it's own!

Morning!
Late post at 11am but had to leave husband in Casualty - sheep, gate and him had a fight last night resulting in possible broken bone in back of his hand. In MSE fashion, I did quick run to doctor to get referral letter so he wouldn't have to pay in Casualty (it's €100 to attend Casualty in Ireland  but you don't pay if you have doc's referral. Doc usually charges €45 but he just gave me freebie letter this morning!! Never knock the NHS - you could be living here where you can't afford to be sick!!)
Because of sheep/husband fracas I didn't get all done yesterday but there's hope for this evening.
My 10 things today are:
1. Check bank and transfer pennies Done
2. Must do a job off "dreaded" work list! Done - and the worst one!
3. Finish dental tax claim - worth €650 - GET ON WITH IT!!
4. Buy birthday cardWent for lunch with friend instead!!
5. Do polls Done
6. Search freezer for fish (Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday and meat-free! It's hard being a heathen in Ireland and I usually forget the fast days!! Done
7. Make pancakes (batter already done this morning) Done
8. Empty washer and hang up to dry and put another load on Done
9. Pilates class tonight Done
10. Iron 5 things (10 is too optimistic!)There's a pattern developing on this one! I hate ironing!

Blimey, that is a massive deterrant to going to A&E. What happens if you don't have enough money to pay them? Do they just kick you out?
Late start again today. But things to be done for the rest of the eve:
1. Sign up to some bingo sites and win some big bucks :rotfl:
2. Cut out at least 20 more triangles for my wedding bunting
3. Form a game plan on how to do my wedding invites
4. De-flea the cat
5. Finish reading book sat on bedside table
Quiet night tonight so not a lot needs doing.:T0 -

I saw this signature on the mystery shopping thread and it made me laugh :rotfl:"One hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much was in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little bit better because I was important in the life of a child."0 -

I saw the specialist yesterday and have to have another scan, there may be fibrosis starting in my liver causing the loss of red blood cells, so that should happen fairly promptly, unfortunately all the symptoms I had before I started treatment will remain with me, had a test to see if treatment has worked and will know in two weeks, hopefully it has and will stop any further degradation of my liver! Still alot to process so I'm seeing GP tomorrow.
Todays list has a couple of roll overs from yesterday- Visit my friend and take our dogs for a walk in the woodRearranged until tomorrow I'm knackered after yesterday!
