As predicted did nothing yesterday - in form work at 6.15pm then out again at 6.45pm. Good evening at the school thought and DS1 seems to have sorted out in his own mind what he is taking at A level - just got to fill in the application now!
So far this morning I have washed up, emptied and reloaded the DW, WM run and items now in TD, made lunches. Time to get them boys up!0 -
Going away for a long weekend today, so no flying until Tuesday.
Have to say that my first 3 days on here have been very successful, I feel a lot more motivated with the lists and updating what I've done, and will be nice to come home to a reasonably tidy house on Monday.
Hope you all have a good weekend! :beer:0 -
Woohoo i'm at home all day today....:j:j:j:j
Kitchen got a good bit of a clean up last night but rest of the house is piggin. DD been decluttered and boys will go in half an hour, OH can leave them down and put the bins down while he's at it.
Right i best go get the fire lit, it's cold this morning.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Happy birthday Jo-Jo.
DD2 is in bed with me. Temp is lower at 38 but she can hardly speak with the sore throat. DS3 back to school. DS1 has had work every day this week and his behaviour at home has improved immeasurably. Unfortunately we all forgot he was supposed to go to the college open day yesterday. He's angry with himself and I'm considering tests for Alzheimer's - I can't believe I let this one slip.
Work this morning then a walk this afternoon. DH is home until 3pm.
I hope everyone has a good day.0 -

Dusty - my condensation is bad today too, but I'm working so it'll have to take its chances. Heating is on, and dehumidifier will go on when I'm off my call. Then I'll open the windows for a bit when the heating has worn off.

Cleaning cloths are all in the WM on a VERY hot wash. Washing up is done (although I have located more while dealing with the kitchen surfaces).
Nothing is in too bad a state so I just need to make sure it doesn't get out of control.
