I'm seeing the GP for an interim check re my new anti-d's next Monday, so will try to remember to mention it. What's ferritin, please? Just so that I know what I'm asking her.;) Sounds like something iron-y, as in ferrous? (Either that or a small furry animal.):rotfl:
Obviously some of these things may be linked to your current condition/medication but its worth a check so PUT IT ON THE LIST (and lie and say a nutritionist suggested it, as they take them seriously, rather than saying a random nutter on an internet forum mentioned it!).
Just to let you all know I'm now single again, so will have more time for flying  And I'm off my food as a result, so making the most of it and hoping it'll mean I lose weightI blame the ex for me being lazy and getting fat over the last year... in fact, I guess I get to blame him for everything for a bit, just to help me get over him...

ooooooooopppssss. Sorry.
It's worth querying again, as the company sickness year doesn't really have much effect upon the HMRC year. Even if they still say NO, I'd take it to Tribunal, as it's got to be worth a try.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
I completely forgot to check the Flylady list for today! :O However, I focused mostly on our bedroom and got lots done in there:
- [STRIKE]Make bed[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Sweep floor[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Clear up washing and set up new laundry hamper[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Set up under bed shoe storage and put all shoes away[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Put stepson's toys back in his room[/STRIKE]
- Put clean washing away - will do this tomorrow as I'd had enough by dinner time and never went back to it lol.
Others:
- [STRIKE]Empty bins[/STRIKE] Done, and other half even washed the kitchen bin out
- [STRIKE]Put dark washload on[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Transfer sugar, tea, etc into new canisters[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Put dishes away[/STRIKE] - done by other half
- [STRIKE]Wash dishes[/STRIKE] - done by other half
- [STRIKE]Wipe down surfaces/kitchen table and placemats[/STRIKE] - done by other half
- [STRIKE]Sweep kitchen floor[/STRIKE] - done by other half
- [STRIKE]Take recycling out[/STRIKE] - done by other half, but since sorting out our room I've found a load more to go out tomorrow :rotfl:
I also finally learnt how to cast on in knitting - dunno why I never sat down to learn it before, it was easy! Now just got to learn how to make something...
Tomorrow's list works out nicely as it's the living room I want to focus on - my partner's son has been here for two days and like a typical toddler has got toys and bits and bobs all over the place! So, tidying, decluttering and hoovering to be done tomorrow, and seeing as my other half doesn't go back to work until Wednesday I should be getting some help again0
