just had a little hacking session
tried to practise opening my old bit more rubbish bike lock but with similar key :rotfl:
tried with the paper clip, hair clip, pen...got more and more fed up... nothing worked... then cut off a bit of a plastic card but too soft... so tried my beloved scissors that I use to cut out vouchers :rotfl: and IT WORKED! :j:j:j 3 times!!!
I'm taking my new 'key' to work with me tomorrow and keep everything crossed it will work too
or maybe I should look around for a new bike...? since I have a very good 'key' :rotfl:btw the scissors are kids ones and from Mr M and cost 2 quid if anyone needs some 'keys'
Well done, where did you say you park your bike again!?;)"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin

Evening Everyone :-)
I was just comparing some prices between Mr A and Mr T just to see if a till split was worth doing and I have to say, they are ever so sneaky (nothing new I know!!). Just an example, the Haribo Starmix is on offer at Mr A for 50p and it's a 200g bag, so when I checked the price on Mr T, they had it for £1, but on looking a little closer, it's a 175g bag, so I know it won't compare. It happens a lot with slight variations on packet sizes. I guess they must make the manufacturers make them in certain sizes just for them, so it can never be compared. Cheeky sods! Grrrr. Rant over :-) Any news on HC?0 -

Good luck with that, hope it works - imagine the pride in saying you picked a lock!:rotfl::rotfl:although probably not something you would want broadcasting where you work!
:rotfl:
I will tell them as they know I lost the keys because I had to leave my bike there over the weekend
I was only afraid I will have to wait for a week or so until I can find a locksmith nearby or find something to cut the lock...
I want my bike back!
however now it makes me think how easy the locks are to hack... and that I would never pay more then a few quid for one as you can hack even the very expensive ones(yes, I watched some youtube videos before I attempted with the scissors)! and that I'd never get a very expensive bike and rely on a bike lock
But especially that I need to keep the second key for the bike lock safely at home!:o:o

Thanks for showing how the old dtd worked, gutted I missed that
Managed to get a few gift sets from Mr T's over the last couple of days
2 Bath sets in a square basket was £10 ( yeh right) now £1.50
2 Beauty bag sets was £6 now £1.50
2 Toy story gift sets ( shower gel and water pistol) £1.25
Only oust iron cleaners left on the clip strips.
The lurkers are leaving the shelves in a right mess ( write down and check the barcodes people post) sponges and balloons all over the store :rotfl:
Got 2 boxes of temptations, then realised they're out of date. oh well only a couple of days.
Found a single cuddle me mothers day card holder 75p
1 littlest pet shop figure 4p
And took back 2 sets of Sony headphones I had free with dtd for a refund and got back £10.0 -

3.15 in wb0ro store = mayhem
I think I'm too polite! It was all going to 85% but wouldn't do anything I'd put in my trolley already.
Annoyed.com! I needed some meat anyway so just took it at 50% - better than full price!Whoever said money can't buy happiness simply didn't know where to go shopping !!0
