    Hi

I think all the points have been covered on that already. We did offer the opportunity to come back but they said no in no uncertain terms.

I think this needs to be looked into again, members e mails have yet to be replied to as far as i am aware.

this thread is not the same without HappyChappy, he is a very kind honest caring man and we promise to make sure that he behaves.

    Please bring Happy Chappy back!!

    Points covered??

Not even remotely I'm afraid. It seems MSE ignored their own system as clearly outlined in the FAQ's.

Having been treated harshly he reacted angrily. I won't excuse that, but have you or another member of the admin team never reacted angrily in your life??? Come on Andrea cut the guy some slack please.....as I've understood it he has apologised, and you can see he has overwhelming support on here as he's a thoroughly nice guy. Can you ever remeber a time when someone hadd this level of support because I can't.

How about something like suspending him till Feb 1st then allowing him on 'licence' into the care of the members of this thread?

It'll make you feel good too to do something nice and help the guy along. Go on, you know you want to! :)

I think you will find that that was said in the heat of the moment when really upset. How many of us has said things that we don't necessarily mean? Having had time to calm down he did contact you with regard to the warnings that you said he had received and why you didn't follow the rules of of temp bans first, and in the hope that both sides could come to a compromise.

    It echoes mine.

Please look at this case again, the disciplinary rules set out have not been followed and there has been a grave miscarriage of justice here. Strong words you may think? Not when the strength of feeling among us all is so great.

Please reconsider and look again at the actions you have taken and consider, were you really justified in actioning a lifetime ban before even discussing the situation with the member?

HappyChappy has apologised. Please re-instate him. We all need a lift after the past couple of days. Everyone would be so grateful.

  • Hi Everyone

Hugs to Blondynurse and 3dogs having gone through the same last year I really feel for you. My family understood and paid for my dog fto have a private cremation and casket which will be placed in with me when I go. As a family we have done this with all of our pets.

I feel that Happychappy has been treated unfairly and no consideration has been taken of his difficulties. He has always been quick to check if he offended and apologised and deleted asap if he had. I think most people would react in anger and regret it later, as I see it he has apologised for this and the decision should now be reconsidered.
