When they gave you your refund did they not staple your refund slip to your till reciept , thats what they do at my store , so you should have the proof that they only gave you £70 .

not caught up yet...and wont do now as am off out in a mo....but just tried the 1p mini eggs...and they work...if you can find the bc 624.....i found one measly pack and it scanned at 1p (so cant actually confirm if the BOGOF also works!).....but also found 3 of the sienna lighters in the pastel colours which also scan at 1p (i've only ever seen the ones in black/red/gold which scan at £2)....so result number 2 of the day

now off to play darts in our local league (sad i know but i love it!)...so hopefully my luck will come in threes!!

I know exactly how you feel Beki. DD2 is non-verbal autistic (she's 5) and the amount of people I could have argued with when she's having one of her "moments" is unreal. Most of the time I just ignore it but sometimes I just have to retaliate.

BACK :T can confirm that the mini eggs b/c 1624 are 1p and bogof tried 4 expresses but only 1 had them thanks guys kids love them

I wouldn't let it drop. If you have the receipt showing the purchase...and a bank staement showing the refund, I can't see they have a leg to stand on....unless you paid cash, where it's your word against theirs you didn't get the full £140 back, and could be tricky for you to prove.

Edit...just seen your post above.... different amounts but the same principle!!

i paid with debit card and used my clubcard as well.

Be Careful with the Lindt Lindor Eggs, I also found them on a clipstrip but mine scanned 50p, however, the barcode was covered over with another barcode which is 5012454 068043 and the one covered up was 4000539773907.
I also scanned the cadbury 6 milk choc tree decorations and they scanned at 25p.
