Just wondering has anyone tried the mini-eggs in a normal/extra store (not an express)

When I got to the seasonal aisle, there were more clips strips with the mini eggs, some scanned at £2.00, some at £1 and some at 50p - mine had stickers over the bar code ending 7534, bb August 2012. The bb on the 1p mini eggs (clip strip) is 31.07.12, b.code ends 1624.

Sorry to bump my own post, just checked my receipt and the 1p cadbury's mini eggs had a multi buy discount, they were buy one, get one free .....

i scanned the lindt eggs red bag but was going through at 50p but still bought as did have a bargain on the mini eggs

Hanging on a clip strip all on its own in the ironing board/laundry aisle. Found it in Ba**ow Extra Mr T. Haven't seen anyone else mention these, so hope it helps someone, as it was a one and only.:j

Pleased to say I managed to get the Frozen mini chicken portions twice at DTD. Found two of the ceramic peelers at 4p and in the clearance aisle childrens Make Your Own Christmas Cards and Make your own tree decorations were going through at 75p and 60p.

Just had to get up & look at ours its a Fire angel (imagine me knowing that!) CO 808 & as my mum said it cost us a fortune great find :j
