Back from doc's and also from 3 Boot's sales :D Have been put on a different anti-depressant, same category/class as my current one but will hopefully do something for my anxiety as well
please take care when you start your new tablets. when they changed mine (a long time ago) the tablets disagreed with me and i ended up beachy head (a well known suicide spot)
the tablets take about 3 weeks to kick in.

Forgot to say the SA couldnt get my No 7 voucher to take £5 off the sale No 7 kit I had :( Not to worry Im happy with my lot!

Regarding our absent friend, do you think it would help if we emailed Martin himself with our plight. I do feel there has been a serious injustice and the way it has been handled is close to cyber bullying, if this was a real place it wouldnt of happened, I wonder if Tesco's would be so willing to eject someone with tourettes for example. I cant understand how the mod's dont see his Aspergers as a contributory factor to how he deals with things and for this reason I feel that they are being discriminatory.

no, they can't it's on the small print:mad:

Will post pics of Boot's haul (sale stuff and vitamins) once I find my flamin' camera......*roots through belongings*

I really hope they work for you. I understand exactly how you feel. I struggled (& still do to an extent) with depression & anxiety. I always found the anxiety the crippling part even when the depressin lifts it lingers. I never did find a med that worked & rightly or wrongly stopped taking them of my own accord eventually. Ive found the only way to break down the anxiety is to push myself beyond all the screaming voices in my head telling me I cant do or dont want to do something. When Ive done this its made me feel more empowered. I'm far from back to how I used to be but a million times better than I have been. All you peeps on here help greatly aswell. I am totally phonephobic, but have had to make 3 important phone calls today & I feel so good for pushing myself to do it. I would normally just let DH deal with things, but this year is my year & Im more positive that Im going to beat it than ever.
