  • Hi all, I finally managed to get the boots glitch the other day. I took my Mum with me, who has a boots AC and because she is a pensioner she gets extra discount :) I can't really figure it out but we got 6 shots, 3 79p vits, 3 99p vits and 6 bottles of the Boots version of Pantenne shampoo / conditioner (1.99 b1g1f) - all for 2.60.

It confused the sales assistant anyway, she thought the discount was because of her over 60's discount :rotfl:

    Evening all :D

Just had a quick squint round the Metro in town. The £2 box of 36 weetabix does indeed scan for £1.49  Noticed that all the Pyrex baking trays and things are back to noraml white SEL but all have * on them, but no scanner  so couldn't check them. Same for the Ariel 33 wash tabs, SEL £9 something, but couldn't check them, is there a specific barcode for this one does anyone know or is it just pot luck?!

Sorry to hear Mr 3Dogs pain didn't stay away :( Hope the physio will help him.
And well done to Czerniacha's bf on his new job :T:T
    Oh, and bring back Happy!

    The barcode ended 1499

Thank you so much! I have no idea where the stopcock in the house is  but none of the taps drip and when I looked earlier and nothing was on in the house the little wheelie thing in the middle was still going round most definitely so I will check again in the morning and check it one hour apart like you said.

I assume there has to be a leak somewhere I just don't want to be responsible for the cost of it I suppose, Welsh Water did say exactly what you did about the bill now I remember, about taking readings afterwards to work out proper usage.

Sorry to post this here it's a T3$c0 board after all but I knew you would be the best people to advise me and there's always someone to talk to...I love it thank you everyone!

Just off to read back saw some more answers too...thank you so much:T:T:T everybody

No problem!! Keep us posted :)

Am just glad to be able to help :)
