    Ps what's a buppie ?

Buppie is bread & butter, my mum always called it that when we were little so it's stuck, don't know where it comes from though.Bit like we always call the tv remote a "jibber" and people look at me like I'm mad if I say "Where's the jibber?", remote control is far to normal!!;)

Been to s££thbury ro£d tesco, good news is scanner is working now,so easier to check prices. Peeps please do not leave your items around it,this is one of the reasons they dont bother repairing it as it adds extra work for staff. Not much to be had,few thomas cutlery, few spicy nuts and green tea. Got cadbury fingers collection 375g box for 75p though, lots left with sel £1.50 reduced from £5.50!! Apart from that, all sels in date, nothing to be had at all.

Never seen the scanner. Where's it been hiding. not been impressed with S.R. Did get the DTD on camera last year though. there is a young SA who is a bit of atrout upstairs and littlest pet shop wouldn't scan.

  • I e-mailed T HO to complain about the scanners in my local stores not working.

They just called me to apologise and said that they would contact the stores and ask them to arrange repair as soon as possible.

It seems they are not phasing them out but perhaps branches are not bothering to get them fixed so may be worth sending a message to HO if yours aren't working. I used the 'contact us' form on their website.

This page might help someone else - it just has us
    http://www.britishgas.co.uk/warmhom!!!!!!!!!!cheme
I believe all energy suppliers are doing this too so if you google warm home discount scheme then your suppliers name and see what pops up
OH rang this morning and now 10 minutes later £120 better off in our energy account - well when it gets there (anytime in the next 3 months)
hope someone else can use this xxx
