Phew, I thought I was the only one that did this. I started doing it by accident looking for bits of Lego that had got sucked up and then realised that as the bag was empty, I might as well re-use it. I always do it outside and if anyone asks, I'm looking for lego !

    Hehe. :)

I would die if I pulled out a critter though. I've just mentioned my reaction to woodlice.... (shudders again at the thought of all those legs..)

Right. I really am going to bed this time. I bet I have some crazy dream about being chucked in a giant toilet pan by an oversized wood louse now...

My Dad did exactly the same. Fell to the bottom of the stairs and couldn't move for hours. Our dog pushed it's waterbowl from the kitchen so he could get a drink. :T

Amazing. I'm so not an emotional person, but hearing about animals doing things like that always gets me.

Anthony Worrall Thompson on TV now talking about Tesco incident, is that a wise move ? And what a boring man

Did you notice him get his little bit in about all the charity work he does, and how bady the press have treated him *yawn*

I planted them early last summer, they are always better after a frost. When I prepared them there were no woody bits in the core.I roasted them in olive oil and my god they tasted lovely.I cooked the leeks in butter and olive oil too.If you have vegetables that fresh you can really taste the difference :D
We still have more to harvest :)

Leeks in butter sound divine too. So many recipes, so little time!

I've never grown parsnips but to have fresh produce in January has for to be great! I know what to try this year now.

    Cheers.

    (and a good night again!)

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

  • That's me off to my bunk! I am struggling to keep my eyes open.

If anyone wants a drink from the bar the usual rules apply, help yourself and put your money in the honesty box on the bar:)

    Night night one and all.
