Wow! What a great variation. :T

Syrup sponge with a ginger kick:beer:

Just goes to show how easy it is to make your own unique pud in minutes.

    You rock!!
I was so chuffed. I like cake on sundays but havn't had the energy to bake. Cooked a gammon joint earlier and made pea and ham soup for tea and OH asked what was for dessert. What could I russle up quickly I thought. Of course a no. 2 pudding. No sooner said but done. We love pear and ginger upside down pud/cake but decided to try your microwave pud minus pears this time. Can see this is going to become a firm favourite with all kinds of variations. Do you think lemon curd in the bottom of the bowl will work and mixed peel in the sponge ?

More hygienic than the cashier coughing and spluttering at the till next to me today I should imagine

Just as hygienic as putting your hands onto a trolley where other hands have been, I had to leggit across the carpark as I spotted a nice long receipt in the front of a big trolley with a double kiddie seat, it was about 7 trolleys from the back of the line so I started to easy them apart and noticed the first one in the line was sliding sideways towards parked cars:eek:
Anyone can cuddle but only the Welsh can cwtch :)
